Tornado rain accompanied by thunder struck at 11:15 pm at Taltoli upazila on 31-03-2018. At that time, Mohammad Sajal Mia, son of Mohsulatan Howlader of Maranidra village under Nishanbariya union of Taltoli upazila was killed in a sudden lightning near the Chakkina Forest office on the way back from the sea.
The amount of 20,000 / - (twenty thousand) money was provided through the district administration and the District Disaster Management Department to allocate the amount given to the family of the deceased person for the Government of the People's Republic of Bangladesh by the Ministry of Disaster Management and Relief and Disaster Management.
